The Toddy Cold Brew System uses a patented process where time replaces hear for ideal extraction. This process leaves behind much of the bitter acids and fatty oils that are soluble in hot water, while using a 12-24 hour steeping period to pull out all of the smooth, delicious flavors of the coffee. Toddy’s deceptively simple brewing process creates afresh concentrate about the strength of espresso that is great served steaming hot, on ice, or blended up in a frozen drink.

The Toddy Maker Cold Brew commercial model is a non-electrical brewer that produces a bold, smooth [low acid] extract that is superior to powders and hot-brewed liquids in overall mixability, quality and taste.

Because of this, many connoisseurs consider the Toddy the only way to create a delicious, naturally sweet tasting cold coffee, chai or tea beverage – served over ice, or as an iced blended, latte or frozen drink. The Toddy Commercial Model is BPA Free.
