Thanks to the easy and fast programming, adjustable from the touch display, the variable speed motor (from 600 to 1200 rpm) of Mythos 2 allows to decide the setting most suitable to the coffee  youchoose. A true blessing for an enthusiastic and accurate barista, since the variation of rpms allows changing the structure of the ground based on the best grinding conditions of each specific variety, thus significantly enhancing the aroma. This patented system, introduced in the new variable speed motor, produces three beneficial effects: it provides a speed consistency from the first second; reduces the temperature modes and ensures effective energy savings. The most important effect is tasted by my customers.

Mythos compact shape is only 20 cm, allowing me to put multiple grinders in sequence to create a batch of coffee grinders. An impressive decorative solution, which is also very functional for my bar. Its 2 kg hopper is ergonomic and spacious and the touch display with pre-set electronic features speeds up and streamlines its use.
In order to further streamline my job, the service accessibility was simplified to guarantee quicker and cheaper operations.
