1. The seal sticker behind the spout is broken or damaged
2. The grinder casing (back cover) has been removed
3. The grinder was obviously manipulated or changed
4. Improper use (other materials than coffee were ground)

EK43S received just over a week ago within 24hrs from ordering! Packaging was excellent with the added bonus of a protective pallet. This thing is heavy! Straight out of the box you can really see you are dealing with an incredibly well machined product that is built to last a lifetime. I couldn’t be happier despite the steep learning curve dialling in when switching from a more conventional flat blade grinder. I still can’t believe I can switch from v60 to espresso then back to aeropress and french press with less than 5 beans to purge and a retention of >0.4g. Also allows me to have multiple coffees on the go which is what I was really after.
A special thanks though to Jay and Mahir who really went out of their way to help throughout the ordering process. Extremely fast and attentive with their replies. You really couldn’t ask more from customer service.
