Fully automatic with 4 easily programmable group dosings. It uses La Spaziale’s patented heat exchange system, which uses the steam from the boiler to heat the group exchangers, rather that the water in the boiler like in most espresso machines. This gives an even more consistent temperature, using the simple logic that the water temperature is constantly fluctuating whereas the steam temperature stays much more uniform.
