The Quality Machine

A new eagle is ready to spread its wings and land in all coffee shops that make quality and consistency their mission. It is called the VA358 White Eagle and is a new Victoria Arduino machine dedicated to specialty coffee.

Consistent, reliable, efficient. The VA358 White Eagle responds to the new specialty coffee shops needs, offering the possibility to use tall cups and glasses to serve their flavour experiences

Easy Cream System
VA358 White Eagle is also available with the Easy cream system, a technology that allows the milk to be heated and frothed to suit your preferences, thanks to the innovative wand with “tangential holes” and a steam-air mixing system. This system is very much appreciated by coffee shop chains as it produces creamy milk that is fragrant and consistent.
Cool Touch Wand
Thermal insulation guarantees the barista’s safety; and not only that, but better and easier cleaning and therefore greater hygiene. The new “Cool-Touch” thermally insulated wand avoids annoying burns and can speed up cleaning the espresso machine.

Display TFT
The VA358 “talks” to the barista and shares all the information provided by the T3 systems. The TFT display gives the barista all data in real time to offer the customer the best espresso.

The technology that ensures maximum temperature stability of the espresso machine.

In a professional coffee machine, temperature plays an extremely important role, as it strongly influences the quality of the espresso. A stable temperature provides an excellent and repeatable result.
But how? Again, through studies, research and experimentation, as well as working with the best baristas, we managed to find a solution that provides for the control of every single parameter. Thus was born T3, a technology that allows the barista to set three temperatures: for the brewing group, the water infusion and the steam.
What do you get? Control of the water supply’s thermal accuracy that results in temperature stability and ultimately in a perfect espresso. This also comes about due to an electronic system, with probes for temperature, pressure and PID, which manages each variable.

POWER: Three-phase 3 x 220 – 240V, 3L-N-PE, 16A, 50/60Hz. This can be hardwired into an appropriate isolator or the machine can be supplied with a commando plug fitted (please confirm at time of machine order).
WATER: This machine requires a 15ml cold water feed with isolated stop valve, ¾ inch screw fittings used (standard for washing machines). 3 bar pressure is needed to run the machine, very high/low pressure will need to be addressed prior to install with a pump fitted for low pressure and a regulator fitted for high pressure.
FILTER: A compulsory Brita p1200 water filter will be supplied and installed with the coffee machine. Please make sure there is sufficient room for the filter next to the water supply (dimensions below). Or we strongly suggest the Reverse Osmosis system to compliment the machine

WASTE: This machine requires 1 ¾ inch down pipe, 8 inches minimum connected to a P trap below the machine.
