In 2007, Slayer set out to design the best possible espresso machine, no matter the cost. After two years of development, they shook the industry with a revolutionary method for espresso extraction. Today, their flagship product prepares espresso with unprecedented technology and creates a coffee experience with unmatched style.

Slayer Espresso is the gateway to flavor profiling. Patented flow control, enabled by a precision needle valve, gives you the ability to manipulate and transform the flavor of espresso. In the hands of professional baristas, the brew actuator becomes a vital tool for finding the best in any coffee.

INTRODUCING THE NEW EXTRACTION

Extraction begins in pre-brew, a slow “wetting” stage with a highly restricted flow rate. Once the coffee bed has been fully saturated, the switch to brew increases the flow and applied pressure. These two positions are used with intentionality in various patterns to create a profile that achieves the desired flavor balance. This manual technique creates real, perceptible changes in taste and aroma. It is no mere stunt of engineering.

Slow saturation also affords the opportunity for proper extraction at extraordinarily fine grind settings. With pre-brew, Slayer Espresso accepts – even prefers – a range of particle size that no other machine can tolerate.

ELEGANCE IN ACTION

Some equipment is meant to go unnoticed or to remain hidden, but the espresso machine is a stage. Slayer invites baristas to participate in the theater of making coffee for their customers. Hand-crafted components and highly customizable features combine man and machine to create an unforgettable experience on both sides of the bar.

Slayer Espresso 2 Group Coffee Machine

Two groups, four tanks, infinite possibilities. Slayer Espresso independently controls flow rate and water temperature for each group head, adding flexibility and finesse to a true production machine. Powerful elements and massive boilers anchor a heating system designed for precise and consistent performance. Once your preferences are dialed in, you can expect only the best – shot after shot.

Highlight the vibrant and varied flavors of coffee with profiling that you can taste. Slayer brew actuators toggle changes in flow rate to influence perceived acidity, sweetness, and body, offering an entirely new tool for extraction. Espresso-focused cafes and roasters around the world prize Slayer for its unmatched ability to make coffee better.

  1. Geri

We are founding a small business (CafĂ©) for high quality coffee. Therefore we where heading for the best machine and grinder on the market – a Slayer Espresso and a Mythos One Grinder. As this is our first start up, we are on a limited budget. Searching the internet and looking for a good offer and support, we got in contact with Jay from Coffee Omega.

We explained him our situation and in almost no time we had an unbelievable offer for the Slayer and the Mythos One in our hands. His effort to support us was well beyond our expectations and far outside of any “opening hours of his shop”.

Even our special request for a 400V machine was handled with care and some time later, a big wooden box appeared in front of our shop. Everything we ordered, and some additional parts ;-), arrived well packed at their new home!!!

I want to thank Jay and his team for their effort, politeness, assistance and support! It’s an incredible feeling to know, that there are still people out, believing in others and helping them to start a new business and to make their dreams come true ….

Thank you so much for everything!!!!!
