Dual delivery management
The lever placed above each group head gives the barista total control over the brewing process. Alternatively, the barista can choose digital mode by use of the 4.3″ touch screen display. With the “self learning” mode, the barista can set up every display button while managing the coffee delivery cycle with the lever.
Cold touch steam wand, the new soft touch open-spout portafilters with a specially developed grip angle. An illuminated work area, a flush system to eliminate coffee residues from the previous delivery and a steam wand purge function.

You may return new, unopened/ unused items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the product is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if it isnt our fault the buyer is responsible for carriage both ways and we may charge upto £100 admin fee or 25% restocking fee (which ever is higher) + 3% bank fee’s + Manufacturer fee’s were applicable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
NOTE: WE WILL REFUSE EVERY PARCEL RETURNED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION
We can only ship within UK and shipping times/ days vary with product but you can expect to receive your item within 4 weeks.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT
If your goods were damaged in transit by the courier, please send an email with a brief summary of the damages and some pictures to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the packaging of the goods appears damaged, you have 2 options:
1. Refuse the delivery.
2. Accept the delivery, make the delivery person aware and sign for the goods clearly writing damaged on the delivery paperwork.
